Stay Overnight at COSI in Columbus!

On February 15, 2020 we will visit Columbus' Center of Science and Industry for a unique overnight experience.  Campers will be able to participate in hands-on activities and classic COSI exhibits. The price is $51 per person and includes: two days admission to COSI, DANCEMANIA! -a larger than life dance party for all ages, planetarium show, evening snack and morning breakfast, and Camp-In Fun Patch good for $5 off a return youth admission.

The overnight program that lasts a lifetime!
Spend the night at COSI with Camp-In! Camp-In is the overnight camp experience that’s perfect for  youth groups and families of all sizes. Since 1972, COSI’s Camp-In program has provided memorable educational experiences for girls and boys centered on science, technology, and teamwork. COSI’s Camp-In was the first overnight program of its kind in the country!

​COSI’s Camp-In 2020: The Science of YOU!
Discover how your body works inside and out as we explore COSI’s Camp In: The Science of YOU! At this one-of-a-kind sleepover, investigate the inner workings of the human body through special activities in our exclusive hands-on gallery. Not only will campers be able to explore all of COSI’s exhibits, COSI Camp-In features live science demonstrations, planetarium shows, and much more. This in-depth and reflective experience is sure to make memories that last a life time!

Camp-In Schedule

6:00pm - 7:30pm Check–In Gear Storage
At Check-In, your group leader will receive wristbands for everyone in your group and your sleeping area assignment.

6:00pm and 7:30pm Dinner Options
There are no pre-ordered meals this season. However, our Atomic Cafe will be open for you to purchase food. A menu can be found on the COSI web page. If you packed dinner, please eat in the group lunchroom!

7:00pm - 10:15pm Open Exploration
The Science of You! Hands-On Gallery
Explore All COSI classic exhibits including the following (excluding little kidspace).

8:30pm - 10:30pm SNACK

11:00pm - 11:30pm DANCEMANIA!
A larger than life dance party for all ages.

11:30- 11:45 Return to your Campsite
Set-Up at this time and prepare for lights out at 11:45pm

7:00am Lights on & Wake Up
Campers will pack up their gear and bring it out to their vehicles for storage.

​7:30am - 8:00am Breakfast


The program concludes after Breakfast, but you are welcome to stay and explore COSI until close at 5:00 p.m.
